Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Florence Fouts, 91, of Madeira Beach, Fla. She was a former area resident and had resided with her daughter, Mary Mildred Cole, the last eight years. She died Friday evening in St. Petersburg. Arrangements are incomplete. - jlr
